Change, rather than stability, is becoming the norm for modern day organizations. Change can occur in a variety of areas and often encompasses multiple interrelated aspects of a business at the same time. For example, concurrent change in business strategy, organization culture, employee skill sets, HR practices, and operational procedures. Properly managing the change process so outcomes in all areas are aligned with senior management intentions is critical to a successful change experience.
SPR Center is a specialist in combining organization survey tools, qualitative measures, and organization change practices to help clients achieve their organization change objectives. The SPR Center team can work with your management to develop a shared vision of the changes needed. We will apply the appropriate survey tools and tailored data analysis techniques in tracking the direction and degree of change within the organization as a whole and within its business units. Focus groups, management discussion/planning sessions, and guidance on organization change processes are also available.
