Employee Surveys
Employees are an organization's most important resource. To be successful in today's business environment a company must have employees who embrace accountability, understand and endorse the goals of the company and work hard. The characteristics of this partnership are evolving. Employees are increasingly willing to play an active role in the organization's success but expect to be kept more completely informed and to share more directly in the rewards. Many organizations realize the value of collecting the thoughts, ideas and opinions of their employees and using this information to facilitate the alignment of company and employee expectations. SPR Center can help you achieve this alignment through well-crafted survey programs and the expertise to turn results into action.
Employee Opinion Surveys - What can I learn?
An organization survey acts as a barometer of employee morale and satisfaction but is also an effective tool for measuring how employee attitudes and behaviors mesh with the organization's strategy. A survey provides information to improve or maintain this alignment. SPR Center has over 20 years' experience developing surveys that yield real-time, usable information. Our consultants know how to turn survey information into actions that achieve goals within your organization's structure without overtaxing resources. We begin by learning all we can about your company and what the survey program is to achieve. Then, through a variety of information gathering techniques, the survey content areas are defined and items created. We view this as an interactive activity with your internal team playing an active role. The result is a survey that contains questions that lead to solutions. To complete the process we utilize the administration methodologies most beneficial to achieving high response rates and that are easiest for the employee participant.
Change through Surveys - What do our employees think about the organization and how can we create a partnership that achieves company goals?
All organizations are in a state of change. For some it is gradual and infrequent, for others it is rapid and constant. An employee survey may be motivated by a desire to learn about workplace issues, to measure culture in the context of significant organization re-direction or acquisition activity, to develop a baseline for employee morale and satisfaction, or a combination of any of these and more. SPR Center believes that surveys must assist management in accomplishing the activities and changes necessary to achieve bottom-line results. We are leaders in creating positive, actionable survey programs and taking the results one step further: as input into strategy deployment. As survey consultants with organization change expertise, we utilize survey results to identify next steps and approaches that will help your organization achieve its strategic objectives.
