Highlights of our Internet Surveys Services and People

Convenient and Easy Survey Completion by allowing survey completion across multiple sessions and response screens that use radio buttons or simple drop down lists for most items, a format familiar to all Internet users.

Creation of Item Libraries that can be used in later projects.  For example, to check on the progress of action plan initiatives you can choose a subset of items from your current survey to create a mini-survey that is automatically sent out to participants at a pre-defined later date.

On-line Information Access that spans several levels of survey programs such as:

  • Real-time return rates during survey administration
  • Viewing survey results on-line. SPR Center's on-line results viewing system provides for the posting of pre-defined reports for managers as well as a query system that will allow managers to create their own ad-hoc reports within the data integrity rules setup for the survey. A behind the scenes sophisticated method of permissioning allows SPR Center to ensure that managers see only the results they are authorized to see.
  • On-line action planning tools for managers that also allows for the building of an internal best practices library

On-line Rater Selection for 360° Feedback including automated sending of invitations via email, automated email address correction options and on-line rater list approval.

Survey Knowledgeable Programmers who not only are well-schooled in HTML programming but are experienced in the unique needs of survey projects and survey clients.

A Proactive Culture where programmers are encouraged to be proactive with clients, making suggestions and pointing out alternatives and not just acting as "order takers."

And, of course the latest technology...

System Bandwidth to ensure that no matter how many participants are accessing the system simultaneously, there will be no delay in service, Data Transmission Integrity via the use of https (secured hypertext transfer protocol) standards while the website itself is protected by the latest in firewall security and System Reliability is ensured with servers dedicated to hosting Internet surveys only.  A variety of modern technologies are employed to prevent service interruption, including hardware redundancy and software layers that provide load balancing and fail-over.
