Critical Outcomes Analysis®
(Key Driver Analysis)
Linking Survey Data to Strategic Decision Making
Critical Outcomes Analysis is a unique application of key driver analysis available to SPR Center clients. Most surveys provide a wealth of information regarding areas for improvement or changes in approach. It is the rare organization that has the time or resources to address all issues revealed by a survey. The Critical Outcomes Analysis (COA) was developed to assist organizations in focusing effort and resources to bring about the most positive change in the most important areas.
SPR Center has developed a model, with underlying statistical processes, which allows us to take survey results and develop a map through these data in terms of how it affects the achievement of the outcomes critical to the organization. Examples of outcome areas that can be used are: overall satisfaction, retention/intention to leave and customer focus. The results of the analysis will tell you which areas of the work environment, as measured by the survey, most impact an employee's opinion of the key organizational goal or outcome areas. All organizations have limited resources, and surveys traditionally provide more areas to work on than can be effectively handled. We provide our clients with a clear set of focus areas, based on the survey results, which can be used to move your organization further toward its goals.

In addition to performing this analysis on the organization overall, it can be done for individual sub-groups of 300 or more people. This enables the development of an overall organizational approach to an issue, and also gives local management information needed to fine tune the overall strategy in order to gain the most positive outcome for their operations.
We not only conduct the analyses, but also prepare concise and easily understood summary reports.
