Strategy Integration Model

SPR Center's Strategy Integration Model provides an overview of how we perceive the interactions between multiple organizational components. The Business Environment (made up of customers, competition, and the labor pool) and the Business Direction (made up of the vision, values, and recent performance) combine to influence specific business strategies. Strategies such as: best total cost, best product, or best total solution. Operational plans to support these strategies in the marketplace and within the organization are then developed and implemented.

How well you are implementing your strategies is monitored via stakeholder feedback and performance measures. The results of the monitoring in these two areas are evaluated and related and then used by company leadership to refine strategy as necessary.
